How the numbers are worked out
Today = (software per location × locations) + (extra-register fee × (registers − 1) × locations) + website + marketing.
GetDinerPOS plan = the plan for your size (Counter for 1, Chain for 2–9, Group for 10+) × locations. Registers are unlimited, so there is no device line.
Bundle = the bundle price (includes 2 locations) + the extra-location price for each location above that. It includes the managed website and the CRM, so it replaces your website and marketing lines.
Prices for United States, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan come from our price list (last updated 2026-10-18). AED amounts include VAT; USD and PKR exclude tax.

How does the restaurant POS savings calculator work?
You enter your locations, registers per location and what you pay today for POS software, extra devices, your website and marketing tools. It compares that monthly total with GetDinerPOS — the POS plan alone, and the Blue Plate Bundle — in your currency.
Where do the GetDinerPOS numbers come from?
From our published price list for your country (USD, AED incl. VAT, or PKR). Nothing is estimated on our side.
What are the default values?
Typical figures for a 3-location diner in each market, based on the competitor prices we checked on 2026-10-18. Replace them with your own bills.
Does it include card processing?
No. Processing depends on your processor; GetDinerPOS does not take a percentage, so your rate stays what you negotiate.
Does it include hardware?
No. Most owners reuse tablets and printers; if you buy new tablets, add that one-off cost separately.
Why might the bundle cost more than my current setup?
If you pay little today and don’t use a CRM, the POS plan alone is the fair comparison. The bundle earns its keep when you would otherwise pay for a website and marketing tools.
Can I save or send the result?

Is my input stored?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is sent to us.
