A restaurant online ordering website that builds itself

When you add items to GetDinerPOS, your online store is generated from them automatically: the same names, photos, prices and stock, per location. You don’t build a second menu, and you don’t pay commission on orders that come through it.

What gets generated from your menu?

Your catalogue, as a store

Categories become menu sections. Items carry their photo, description, price and variations (short stack or tall stack). Combos and modifiers carry over as choices.

Out-of-stock items show as unavailable without you touching the store.

Prices per location

Customers pick their diner; the store follows that location’s price list.

Pickup & delivery

Orders tagged for pickup or your own delivery.

Your language

Store text in the languages you use.

How does an online order reach the kitchen?

The customer orders in the store; the order lands in the POS at the chosen location; staff accept it and it goes to the kitchen printer or screen like any table order.

FAQ

Online store questions

Do I get an online ordering website with the POS?

Yes. Every plan includes an online store generated automatically from the products in your POS: names, descriptions, photos, prices and stock. There is no extra fee for it.

How does the store stay up to date?

It reads the same catalogue as your registers. Change a price, mark an item out of stock or add a new pie, and the store shows it on the next page load.

Can each location have its own prices online?

Yes. The store can follow a location’s price list, so customers ordering from the airport branch see airport prices.

How do online orders reach the kitchen?

Online orders arrive in the POS as sales for the chosen location, where staff accept them and send them to the kitchen like any other order.

Can customers pay online?

Online payment works with your payment processor. Many diners start with pay-on-pickup and add online payment once their processor account is set up.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Point your domain at the store, or let us do it when you buy the managed website.

Is it the same as the managed website?

No. The store is an automatic catalogue and ordering site. The managed website is a custom-designed diner site with your story, photos, locations and SEO, which links to the store for ordering.

Does it replace DoorDash, Uber Eats, Talabat or Foodpanda?

It gives you your own commission-free ordering channel. Delivery apps are separate services; many owners keep them for reach and push regulars to their own store.

What do I need to do to launch it?

Add your products (or let us import your menu), add photos, and switch the store on. Most owners add photos over the first week.
