Refund and cancellation policy
Short version: try it free, cancel any time, and annual plans can be refunded in the first 30 days.
Free trial
The 30-day trial costs nothing and needs no card.
Monthly plans
Cancel any time. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for; we don’t refund part-months.
Annual plans
Cancel within 30 days of payment for a pro-rata refund of unused months. After 30 days, the plan runs to the end of the year and is not renewed.
Managed website
The setup fee is refundable until design work starts. Monthly website fees follow the monthly plan rules.
Bundle
The bundle follows the same monthly or annual rules. If you leave within the first 6 months, the waived website setup fee is not charged.
How to ask
Cancel from your account settings or tell us through the contact form. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights you have under the law of your country.
