GetDinerPOS costs $39 a month for one location (Counter), $55 per location for 2–9 locations (Chain) and $45 per location from 10 locations (Group), in the USA. Registers, tablets, kitchen screens and users are unlimited.
UAE: AED 149, AED 199 and AED 169 per location per month, including 5% VAT. Pakistan: Rs 2,999, Rs 4,499 and Rs 3,699 per location per month, plus applicable sales tax. Prices are set for each market, not converted.

No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel any time. Annual billing is optional and gives 2 months free.
No. You pay per location. Add as many registers, tablets, kitchen screens and staff logins as that location needs.
No. Card payments go through your own processor and terminal at the rate you agree with them. We do not add a percentage.
No setup fee for the POS plans, and the first menu import is free. The managed website has a one-time setup fee ($249 in the USA), which is waived in the bundle.
Add it in settings and it is billed from that day at your plan’s per-location price. Moving from 9 to 10 locations moves you to the lower Group price per location.
Yes, up or down at any time. Changes apply from the next billing day; annual plans are credited for the unused months.
By card in all three markets. In the UAE we also accept bank transfer for annual plans; in Pakistan, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa for monthly or annual plans.
The trial is free, so you pay only once you decide. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next month; annual plans can be refunded pro-rata in the first 30 days. See the refund policy.
