About
GetDinerPOS exists because most POS systems are priced and designed for one restaurant. The moment an owner opens a second diner, prices drift, stock walks and the reports stop adding up. We built an edition where one menu, central reports and per-location access come first.

One menu
Per location, not per device
No lock-in
Said plainly
A diner is the hardest small restaurant to run on a generic POS. It is counter service and table service at once, breakfast menus are mostly modifiers, and the kitchen lives on tickets. Owners who do well open a second location, then a third — usually with a commissary feeding them — and that is where generic systems break.
GetDinerPOS is the diner and multi-location edition of a family of trade editions listed on SmartPOS Hub. Underneath is a mature, hosted point-of-sale platform; on top is the configuration, onboarding and support for this trade: price lists per location, stock transfers, roles limited by location, tables and kitchen tickets.
The same family-restaurant model thrives in the USA, in the UAE and in Pakistan, and in all three the owner often runs the business in a second language. So the product runs in English, Arabic, Urdu, Spanish and Chinese, priced in USD, AED and PKR, with tax shown the way each market expects.
We won’t take a percentage of your card sales, lock you into a contract, or publish ratings and customer counts we don’t have. The reviews you see are labelled Sample until real ones exist.
