FAQ

Country questions

Which countries does GetDinerPOS support?

We sell and support GetDinerPOS in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan, with local prices in USD, AED and PKR. The software itself handles any currency and tax rate, so a group with a branch elsewhere can still run it.

Does it handle UAE VAT?

Yes. Set VAT at 5% as a tax rate, show prices VAT-inclusive, and print a tax invoice with your TRN. VAT reports show output tax by period and location.

Does it handle US sales tax by city or county?

Yes. Each location can carry its own sales-tax rate or a tax group combining state and local rates.

Is it integrated with the FBR in Pakistan?

No. We do not claim an FBR POS integration. The software records sales tax per sale and produces tax reports; if your business is required to integrate with FBR, ask on your demo about your options.

Does it support Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing?

A ZATCA module exists for Saudi Arabia. We do not sell in Saudi yet; if you have a branch there, tell us on your demo.

Can one group use two currencies?

A business has one main currency, and the software supports multiple currencies on purchases and exchange rates. Groups operating in two countries usually run two businesses under one login.

Can receipts print in Arabic or Urdu?

Yes. Receipts and the interface can run in Arabic or Urdu with right-to-left layout, and item names can carry translations.

Do you claim any country certification?

No. We don’t claim fiscal-printer, e-invoicing or payment certifications. Card payments work through your own processor.
