How to make a request

Use the contact form and choose “privacy request” in your message, or use the privacy email below. Tell us the email or phone number you used with us.

Verification

We confirm requests by replying to the email or phone number on record. Authorised agents need written permission from you.

How long it takes

We reply within 10 business days and complete requests within 30 days (45 days under California law if we need more time, with notice).

Customers of restaurants using GetDinerPOS

If you are a guest of a restaurant that uses GetDinerPOS, the restaurant controls your data. Contact the restaurant first; we will help them answer you.
