Per-location price lists
Selling price groups per location, with the master price as the fallback.
Multi-store menus
GetDinerPOS keeps one master menu for your whole group. Each location gets its own price list, so the airport diner can charge more than Main Street for the same pancake stack, and items can be switched on or off per location. Change a price once and every till at that location shows it on the next sale.

| Two eggs any style | $9 | $11.25 | $9.75 |
| Patty melt | $13.50 | $16 | $14.25 |
| Cherry pie slice | $5.50 | $6.75 | $6 |

Because the second location is where menus start to drift. The original diner prints a new menu; the new one keeps last spring's prices on the tablet; somebody types “Pancakes – 3 stack” and somebody else types “3 Stack Pancakes”, and now your sales report counts them as two different dishes.
A single catalogue fixes that. Every dish, side and drink exists once, with one name, one recipe and one category. What changes per location is only what should change: the price, whether the item is sold there, and which tax applies.
For owners in Dubai or Lahore with a mall branch and a street branch, the same idea covers rent-driven pricing: the mall location gets its own price list while the kitchen keeps cooking the same plate.
How it works
Add items by hand or import a spreadsheet: name, category, base price, tax, modifiers. Our onboarding desk does the first import for free.
Each location gets a selling price group. Leave a price blank and it falls back to the master price; fill it in and that location charges its own amount.
Tick the locations an item belongs to. The commissary-only cheesecake never shows up on the drive-in tablet.
Edit a price or 86 an item from any browser. The next order at that location rings the new price; reports keep the old price on old sales.
Try it with your own menu. 30 days free, and the onboarding desk will import your menu.

Selling price groups per location, with the master price as the fallback.
Sell the breakfast burrito only where the kitchen has a flat-top.
Because the item exists once, sales roll up correctly across branches.
Different sales-tax rates per city, or UAE VAT included at every branch.
Item names and receipts in English, Arabic, Urdu, Spanish or Chinese.
The same catalogue publishes your auto-generated online menu store.
On the floor
Egg prices go up. On paper, that is three printed menus, three tablets and a Sunday night of retyping. Here it is one screen: open the master menu, filter “eggs”, raise the price for two locations and leave the third (the one next to a competitor) where it is. Done before the breakfast rush.

Different city or county sales-tax rates per location are set on the location, so the same menu item rings the right tax in Chicago and in the suburbs.
USA detailsPrices can be entered VAT-inclusive (the UAE norm on menus), and Arabic item names print on receipts next to English ones.
UAE detailsMall branches often charge more than street branches; give each its own PKR price list and print Urdu item names on the kitchen ticket.

FAQ
Yes. Each location has its own price list (a selling price group). If a location has no price for an item, it uses the master price, so you only type the prices that differ.
Yes. Every item has a list of locations it is sold at. Untick a location and the item disappears from that location's tills and online store.
On the next sale. The software is hosted, so there is nothing to sync overnight: the till reads the current price when the order is rung.
No. Every sale stores the price it was rung at, so last month's reports stay exactly as they were.
Yes. Combine a role that can edit prices with access to one location. See staff roles per location.
Yes, from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) or an export from most POS systems. The first import is done free by our onboarding desk — see switching.
Combo items and modifier prices follow the same price lists, so a breakfast combo can cost more at the airport branch too.
The Counter plan covers one location. Per-location price lists across several locations are part of the Chain and Group plans. See pricing.
