Who we are

GetDinerPOS operates getdinerpos.com and the hosted GetDinerPOS software for restaurants in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. For privacy questions use the data request page or the contact form.

What we collect

• Form details you type: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, number of locations, country, your message and, for demos, preferred times.
• Campaign details: if you arrived from an ad or link with tracking parameters (utm_source, gclid and similar), those parameters are stored in your browser and sent with any form you submit.
• Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs when you submit a form.
• Preferences: your theme, colour, country, billing, accessibility and cookie choices, stored in your own browser.

We do not run analytics or advertising tags unless you allow them in the cookie panel. At the time of writing, none are installed.

How we use it

• To reply to your message, arrange demos and send quotes (contract steps you asked for).
• To understand which campaigns bring enquiries (legitimate interest), using the campaign parameters above.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam (legitimate interest).
• With your consent only: analytics and marketing measurement.

Who we share it with

We share form data only with the service providers that run our sales process, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Our customer-relationship system (GoHighLevel), where your enquiry is stored as a contact with a note.
• Our internal team chat (Discord), which notifies the team of a new enquiry.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the spam check.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by California law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become customers are deleted or anonymised within 24 months of our last contact. Customer contact records are kept for the life of the account and as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

• California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale/sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. See the data request page.
• UAE (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021, PDPL): rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection.
• Pakistan: we apply the same access, correction and deletion rights to Pakistani users.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on their contractual safeguards for these transfers.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against spam, and access to enquiries is limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your data has been exposed. More on the security page.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. Significant changes are highlighted on this page for 30 days.
